Dear Valuable Customers:
ICT would like to inform our valuable customers below information.
1. In order to prevent GP58-CR date/setting issue, firmware version before (includes) “GP0XXXXMQ(98DA)” must update it to the latest firmware version “GP0XXXXN0(2686)”.
(Please contact ICT local distributors/branches to get the latest firmware & GP58-CR PC tool.)
***The firmware label is showing on CPU board which located in the bottom of GP58-CR, or use GP58-CR PC tool to read out the unit firmware. If your GP-58CR is already experiencing a date/time issue, please perform firmware and tool update using the latest version, regardless of your installed version.

2. After firmware updated, please use the latest GP58-CR PC tool (as link as below) to check and set again the format layout & other relative settings into GP58-CR, to ensure the settings are correct.
(Please contact ICT local distributors/branches to get the latest firmware & GP58-CR PC tool.)
Note: If you don’t have a setting data (*.g58), you may use GP58-CR PC tool in order to executive a setting data (*.g58) to copy the setting to the rest of GP58-CR(s).
